7.4Convenient milk tea shop!Tra Sua PP is a small pocket near a central roundabout of Dong Ha, right next to the railroad tracks that run past the Dong Ha Market and supermarket. Located as one of those streetside eateries, most of its seating are the iconic small plastic red tables and stools with maybe one or two tables inside the shack that is PP. With a small bar of syrups and snack foods, PP gives you enough of what you may want for an evening to chat with friends. On a colder Spring evening in Dong Ha, though, I opted for takeaway. A combination topping milk tea runs for 15K and comes with some popping boba and pudding and fruit jelly. The drink was fine but there was quite a bit of ice in it!
