7.0Standard coffee with great location!Ngau Nhien is right next to Dong Ha's movie theatre, making it a nice place to stop by before you catch a film. The cafe was a bit dimly lit in the evening, which may be good to set a mood or just dark! The Vietnamese iced coffee was 14K and nicely sweet with ample condensed milk at the bottom. Wi-Fi was solid and chairs are comfortable enough. Bathroom was a bit stodgy, but if you're in and out for a quick second, you shouldn't mind it too much!
