8.0Utakata BarThis place is very nice hideaway, hidden at the top floor with NO ELEVATOR!! Walking stairs up to 4th floor (5th acrually if you count from ground floor). Bartender is honest with good skill. If you order the cocktail which he does not have the recipe, he quicky searches the recipe and make it really good. (If necessary materials are available in hand) Oh, this place has cery nice view you should check!!
