1.0Union Jack's - Fish & ChipsWent there today and I found I couldn't even discuss the menu with my wife because the obnoxious (and BAD) live music was so loud. Live music at 3pm? In a restaurant on a Sunday? Finally I bought nothing and explained to the staff I was going because the music was too loud. The staff didn't care. They laughed. So, I've never eaten here and I never will after this experience. Atmosphere first. A customer should feel good when entering a restaurant. The loud, unpleasant, unwelcoming atmosphere I experience today, combined with uncaring attitude from two members of staff (who both basically let a paying customer go and din't even apologise for what was happening) have ensured I will never eat at this place and will not recommend to friends.
