3.4Very disappointed about the services- DO NOT GO HERE FOR LUNCH IF YOU DONT WANT TO COME BACK TO WORK LATEWe made a reservation at 11.45 and arrived at 11.40. Right after we sat down, we ordered food and drink immediately cuz we all know it's gonna be extremely busy later. We have 5 in total but one is vegeterian so she ordered a vegetarian pad thai for herself. Then we kept waiting waiting and waiting in spite of other tables arrived after us already got drinks and food before us. Come on, at least you should give us some drink while waiting. 30 MINUTES LATER, the foood arrived one by one with 5 mins waiting in btw (we are all regular customers and our foood orders are very casual: catfish salad, chicken curry, pad thai and grilled pork, not someting like out of ordinary ). and guess what, our vegetarian arrived at 12.45 so our friend have to WAIT FOR ONE HOUR and have to take it back to office eating on her desk. and what else? we have to ask for the billS 3 TIMES. We did communicate with the staff and i dont think there is any better with the answer " we are sorry we are busy today" Yes we understand that you guys were busy but it doesnt fill up the question why other tables have their foood and drinks before us and those foood and drinks look similar to our orders! And the fact that we have to wait for 30 mins for our foood is crazy! We were all left there starving looking others having their foood! We love the foood and will come back again for it but not anytime soon because of the terrible service! ...Xem thêm
