1.0Understaffed and too busyVisited the restaurant today with my gf (vietnamese). After parking our bike, we went inside and stood in front of the reception for 5 minutes waiting to be seated. Nobody came to greet us and the waiters were just running around looking super busy and annoyed. When we tried to ask how long we would have to wait, nobody even bothered to reply. After waiting some more, we decided to get the h*ll out of this place only to have one of the parking staff members ask us to go back in, as he saw an empty table. While he was guiding us to that table, a waitress guided a group of 4 people past us (we had arrived long before they did) and asked them to sit while we were left standing in front of the table. I got very annoyed and we decided to leave right away. A horrible experience amd definitely cannot recommend visiting this restaurant. Very understaffed and bad customer service. 0/5. ...Xem thêm
