I admire their very professional pride to each and every detail. Cutlery as well, they hand us “Jean Dubost Laguiole” steak knife, which can cut smoothly with less damage on surface of meat. I have compared their line ups and I recommend “Margaret River” either “Rib Eye” or “Tenderloin” depends on you. And Medium rare is highly recommended. Have you ever tasted very sexy and erotic beef texture in your life? Here, you can experience and feel what I mean. Also, “Tender Beef Cutlet Sandwich” and “Salmon Cheese” is the must have item.
