10Emergency Room - Bar & GrillIt's a good bar to go in Saigon for everyone. The staff are really friendly. Across all 3 floors. There happy hour is amazing they have a really good deal with the food. Like Monday night from 9pm buy one pizza and for 20k which is a $1 and the great deal for food and drinks too. And from Thursday thur till Sunday is the only place to be in Saigon to have a great party with really amazing dj. And if you wanna party late this place stay open late.
