3.4Chưa thấy chất lượngPhải nói là tôi chưa thấy chất lượng đángcó ở một phòng vé máy bay đại lý 1 ở phòng vé máy bay Gia Trần. Tôi tìm đếm mua vé máy bay vì được giới thiệu, nhưng cảm giác như nhân viên chỉ đưa ra lựa chọn giá vé cao. Các bạn ở đây không nỗ lực tìm kiếm, tôi cảm thấy như nhân viên không nhiệt tình phục vụ khách hàng. Tôi chọm mua hãng Vietjet Air đi Sài gòn, mà vé giá cao, một cách rất vô lý. Vì đã phí thời gian lựa chọn nên tôi quyết định mua. Và quyết định này cũng là lần duy nhất tôi mua vé từ phòng vé này. Thêm nữa, có lẽ tôi mua vào tầm 6.30 tối, bạn nhân viên bán vé (tôi đã không để ý mà hỏi tên) thu thêm 44,000 bảo là hãng từ ngày 1.6.2017 thay đổi chính sách tăng giá nếu thay đổi vé. 1.6Bad service, awful principleThis travel agency is not anything close to good. The basic principle is helping customer fight the cheap ticket but they bot doing that. As I there, I am trying to find in the period that I plan on going, which day got the cheap rate, the lady frown and asked me : what day do you want to flight? I wonder she is there for what? I finally bought a ticket from them. But a few days later, my plan changed so I had to change the ticket. But beside the charge for the amend flight fee, I ere also charged for the admin fee which they claimed: just changed 2 days after I bought the ticket. Thumbs down. Right after my original ticket price, it was topped up with more and even more. At this point, I felt like I being ripped off by this travel agency. They not helping but trying to squeeze more money from customer. I were too upset with all the booking process from this office, though I tried to pay but at the end the lady clain there were no casier at 6.30pm, she took my large bill run out to the neighbor shop, got back gave me 100000 vnd instead of 104000 without any explanation. What kind of business is this? Overall, this is an awfull in-between bookingg office that you being ripped off for nothing. Not worth in term off travelling agenda process or itself service at all.
