7.0ZumWhere Đa KaoIt is really nice to see more and more “Izakaya 居酒屋”concept places in Saigon. (Operated by Japanese or locals, creating only atmosphere or blend with Thai cuisine, etc... many varieties.) This place is the type combining nice open air space of typical Vietnamese drinking place and serves quite nice Japanese foods. Sashimi (刺身) and raw oyster (生牡蠣) are very fresh, grilled skewered (串焼き) are well prepared. Some dishes add some touch of Vietnamese style such as Sun Ga Rang Muoi (鳥軟骨塩焼き). (this dish is actually 鳥軟骨揚げ, though). It is not related with their good taste but I hope I can help to correct some awkward Japanese in their menu. ...Xem thêm
