4.6VERY BAD SERVICEDad and Mom were honestly not fan of Western food but I suggested we go here based on our previous experience of eating here. So my family went here to have dinner, hoping to have a good change to our Vietnamese appetite. We were the locals and had experienced eating here before. The last time we dined here was years ago when the restaurant was a very authentic place with excellent dishes, an intimate place for family gatherings, not a busy place with hustling staff. Dad even has known the owner since he opened the restaurant. And guess what? We had to sit at the back of the restaurant which was dark as hell (I lighten up the photos below so that you can see what they serve) and really not like we were in a restaurant. We waited 50 minutes to have the appetizer up to our table. We were even served later than the foreigners while we had come earlier. The female waiter kept coming saying the dishes will come and kept disappearing. We had to wait very long and even show disappointment until the first dish showed up. She was not nice when she had to be nice as a waiter. She was repeating the same thing: "It will come". In terms of the food, it was pretty good (Marinara, Filetto, pizza) but cold like they had been done for an hour earlier. So why don't you serve us these dishes while they're hot and tasty? The only dish that was served hot and good was gnocchi porri salsiccia - which would taste very bad if served cold. Dad ordered lamb but the dish was not available at the moment. As a result, he ordered Filetto and was slightly disappointed with the beef. I complained a lot, but I do hope the owner of the restaurant can do something about this. The food is delectable and can be elevated by the service. Have you ever thought of hiring more staff? It seems like the system is not functioning well. ...Xem thêm
