It's no wonder that this place has the best Bun Bo Hue I have ever eaten The bun bo, a spicy noodle soup with slices of beef simmered with lemongrass, served with a plate a herbs and other leafy greens, came quickly and was delicious. You can customize the spiciness of the bun bo to your taste with the chiles ( dried or fresh) at the table. There was also a deflatted pork sausage on the top of the bowl. The cost was approximately 80,000 VND for 2 bun bo, 2 cups of tea , 2 noodle treats. The space was clean and comfortable.
