7.4Saigon Night CafeIf you're crazy over Vietnamese food and can't get enough of it, trot on down to Saigon Night for dinner. It is what we call a good meal together with culture immersion. Not only will you be served local dishes, but you get to eat them prepared the local way. The restaurant is centrally located near Ben Thanh market and is a local eating place of what we call a beer garden. So you will hear lots of chatter and clanging of beer glasses. An interesting highlight of eating here is the random appearance of road side performances such as fire eating to dancer and singers. A must-go-eat if you have not been here! A must-eat is the grilled pork ribs, deep fried elephant ear fish and bull penis... (Kidding!)
