This is second time here. Packed with people, enjoying Cu Chi beef. I had grilled beef with no seasoning (but hint of salt or maybe a bit of flavor enhancer), cooked with lemongrass lemongrass in clay pot and hotpot. All 3 are tasty and my No. Q choice is the one with lemongrass. Served with fried sticky rice and that perfectly matching with meat, lemongrass and sauce!! Well, beef are not tender as Japanese beef but this kind of beef can feel "eating meat", i like it!!
