1.4Stuck with this place.Honestly, this place has great bakery items, which is the ONLY thing that brings any customers here. This is honestly the singular reason that they are still open. The staff is extremely rude, and does not care for return customers in the slighest. They will refuse to sell anything in the case when ever they want. Some days, I come with a group and they are kind. Others, they will openly admit that something is over a week old, and somehow it is the customers problem. If you are a westerner, be warned, this place will not meet the expectations of quality in service and consistancy that we are used to. The absolute worst emplyee in this business is the manager, Nhu. Even when other employees try to be helpful, she steps in and is consistantly rude and shockingly unresponsive with customers. I have personally watched multiple repeat customers stop coming here due to her horrible attitude. If this business wants to stay open, then they will need to figure out something to do with the extremely below average manager that they have on staff. ...Xem thêm
