3.4Poor management + Expensive(+): catchy bohemian style and a nice spot for watching sunset which are the only purposes in visiting this cafeteria. (-): 1. the management process has problem when it comes to free tables. I did ask the staff before ordering my drink whether the cafe still had free table left, she said "yes". I then received my drink and decided to sit near the balcony. About 15-20 minutes later, there was another staff approaching me to announce that "there was another customer who had already made a reservation for this table" and he asked me to change the seat. However, there were only 3 choices left: the first one was a small table in the small corner, between the pillar and the wall, the second one was just next to the door and stairs leading to the lower floor, and the third one was downstair near the construction. I mean it is reason for people to leave them free. Who wants to sit in that tiny corner surrounding by a pillar and a wall? Who wants to be an obstacle for people when they go up, go down, go in, and go out? Who wants to breathe in place containing so many dust particles? The staff suggested me to sit somewhere else temporarily until the other tourisms go home. How long exactly do I have to wait? And where should I sit TEMPORARILY? *I did ask the staff about free tables in the beginning to avoid this situation from happening, but it seems like they can't know what is going on in their cafeteria*.> poor management. 2. From that experience, I think the owner wants to make the most of the space he/she has and thats why he/she can come up with the idea to set tables in mentioned areas. > poor decoration. 3. The drink is expensive tho but it is well worth it for the view in here, but not for the management process. It is expensive anw. 4.
