8.0DisappointingI visit here almost every every day. Pros: Good staff, plenty of seating areas, acceptable music level, generally good products, good coffee......but..... Cons: 1. POS in wrong location, atm it is in the most busy area of the shop, next to the ovens, staff are moving in & out all the time. They should move POS to where the drinks are prepared, plenty of room there. No conflict between staff & customers. 2. They must stop saying 'xin chao' when anybody enters or leaves the shop, not nice. 3. Products are not displayed under cover, I've seen children poke their fingers in the cakes, people lean over, very unhygienic. 4. On two occasions recently I've seen a rat in the shop, I informed the staff. 5. POS is slow, they have two cashier points but usually only one working, the staff operating that is putting the products in bags, this takes up so much time. In fact on a couple of occasions I've walked out as it was taking too long. 6. You use too much plastic. 7. Some staff unsure of what they sell, e.g. I asked when the ciabatta is available, they had no idea what I was talking about, although I bought some the previous day. 8. This shop serves quite a few foreigners, I suggest having at least one staff member who is able to converse with them. 9. Sometimes very difficult to enter the shop due to motorbikes, I suggest parking them against the kerb & not the shop so people can enter safely & that pedestrians have a good & safe right of way past the shop. 10. You do not bake croissants correctly, they are always over done, this is due to a glaze that is put on prior to being cooked. This is NOT the French way, due to this they also are crispy, croissants are not supposed to be crispy!! ...Xem thêm
