2.8Very rude staff and poor serviceMy husband had ordered capuccino without sugar but they served capiccino with condensed milk (which onviously has loads of sugar in it). On asking the lady at the counter to make it without condensed milk, she said that it cannot be done! My hisband even requested her to mske the coffee with fresh milk and not condensed milk and she clearly said no!! My husband got so pissed off that he said he does not want any coffee!! The staff there was so dumb and rude that they did not even give the money back or provided any kind of replacement. This is the worst coffee outlet we have ever visited in out 2 years in hcmc! Will never visit any coffee factory outlet ever again!! ...Xem thêm
