3.2Spice Bistro - Thảo ĐiềnAfter my previous mediocre experiences with my wife, I decided to go out and try this restaurant again tonight. For the appetizer, we chose "Met 3 Mien." The servers somehow tilted the trace when serving our dishes, spilling all of the fish sauce on our table and my wife's clothes. The Waiter didn't even apologize to us before quickly wiping out the spot and disappearing behind the screen. We decided to leave the dinner and request the bill because the fish sauce left an unpleasant odor on my wife's and her branded clothing. We don't want to drag this incident out until we ask to speak with the Supervisor. The last thing that triggered us was the Supervisor's attempt to shield the impolite employee by claiming he didn't mean to do it in front of us; instead, she could professionally apologize and accept the mistake in the Waiter's presence as well. We didn't want to ask for compensation because we hadn't discussed the value of our damage. Nonetheless, we were disappointed by the Waiter's lack of professionalism and the Supervisor's rude attempt to cover for their employees. If they don't change and improve their service, I won't recommend it to anyone. ...Xem thêm
