I have been visiting Hoang Yen for many times but Crab Hot Pot was my first time. Same as other dishes, they do not dissapoint you... lots of vegetables and bun noodle, fresh crab with fully loaded meat. Taste of soup was not too spicy nor strong, just gentle crab flavor from minced crab with hint of sourness from tomato. Deep fried tofu adds little bit of oil to make body of soup stronger but not too much. Very tasty Crab Hot Pot!! ...Xem thêm
