Nothing to complain about. - Gỏi cũ dừa tôm thịt / pork prawn salad: the dressing is delicious and spot on. I wish it has more cucumber and less white onions. - Ngũ cuốn / 5 kinds of fresh spring rolls: not memorable. 2 of them are delicious, the rest are average in flavour. if you are not familiar with traditional Vietnamese food, you might enjoy it. - Bò bó sả / grilled beef stuff w lemongrass: The key flavors are not clear. I barely tasted the lemongrass and the beef flavor. It’s not 100% beef. More like a mix of pork and beef. The favor doesn’t go with the sauce. - canh gân bò hầm măng / braised beef tendon with bamboo soup is delicious in both flavors and texture. The best dish in our meal. - cá chẽm chiên xù sốt me / deep fried seabass w tamarin sauce: don’t bother to order it. The flour coat is too soft, not crunchy. The sauce doesn’t go with the taste of the flour coat. the fish doesn’t taste fresh. Disappointed. - Chè bà ba: it is too sweet and doesn’t taste authentic. Missing the panda leaves flavor and coconut milk. - Bánh cuốn lá dứa: this taste pretty good, however the coconut shredded inside the roll is a bit dried. ...Xem thêm
