1.0Not entirely satisfied with your customer care staffI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the bad drink and service that my friends and I had at your restaurant on last Friday night! (6/9/2019) First of all, the service was very slow as we had to wait for neary 60 minutes to be served. When we request your employment bring water for us at second floor! But reply is sad and angry emotion of your employee! I feel really your staffs not respect me and my friends! The service staffs seemed to be tired or something that they did not agree us. And we thought that they did not want more customers to come in. But this is not reason your staff have bad attitude served for customers! I would like to receive your explation and apology for these matters. I would also suggest that you spend more time training your customer care staffs to prevent these unfortunate incidents from occuring to other customers. If you think this is typical of your usual standard of service and no positive action are taken, I will never recommend your restaurant to my friends and my family.
