9.4Chinese Grilled Fish style.I believe this restaurant is newly opened. It is a Chinese restaurant as we know by the name. The restaurant is nice, chinese cultural concept with a touch of modernization design as well. Staff was welcoming and it does feel warm when seatin down, what I meant by that is the environment is quite comfortable. Now the fish, the restaurant is specialized in grilled fish. They have three main fish to choose from and combine with the style of sauce that you like to have it cooked with. I ordered two fish with two different style of sauces of course. First dish is the Pomfret fish (Cá Chim) to cooked with Hoa Tieu. Second dish is Giant Gourami fish (Cá Tai Tượng) to go with the Tau Xì sauce. Both came out awesome, both fish is moist, not dry, both sauces are great as well. Definitely recommend to eat it with rice. Very nice intro with the appearance and a good finish with the food.
