9.4Nice bar for cocktails and Japanese WhiskySmall bar but great drinks, Japanese Bartender Kobu is the head and key person making drinks here. If you ever try Drinks made by Japanese Bartender then sure you will love this place. Many ingredients that difficult to find in Vietnam was being hand carry all the way from Japan over.
